• Quantity surveying, cost management, and cost control as well as contract and claim management under FIDIC (English / French)
• Evaluation of additional costs and change orders as well as defense against unjustified claims
• Implementation of digital tools (RIB iTWO) for cost, schedule, and document management
• Advisory services on contractual risks and development of proactive risk mitigation measures

Project Objective:
Expansion of the High-Luminosity LHC to significantly increase luminosity; construction of new engineering structures and underground caverns at Point 5 (CMS detector), including complex construction works within an active research environment.

Project Scope:
Engineering and construction services under demanding geological and operational conditions; specialized shafts, tunnels, and caverns with complex interfaces between construction execution, plant engineering, and ongoing research operations.
